As a dedicated holistic health consultant, I am committed to guiding you toward optimal well-being through a comprehensive and personalized approach.  A lifelong headache sufferer, I developed chronic migraine and persistent iron deficiency in my early forties which deeply impacted my quality of life. Over the last several years I have spent countless hours experimenting with medications, diet, treatments, and natural alternatives to address what became a complex web of symptoms. I still deal with migraines but they are no longer chronic. I am here to support you in overcoming chronic pain, improving sleep quality, navigating perimenopause, anxiety, and migraines. My personal experience extends to managing celiac disease, which I was diagnosed with in 2013, and skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, which I have struggled with off and on for most of my life. 

I have lived with these challenges and know the stress and desperation they can cause. I have spent countless hours in doctor's offices and understand the frustration of feeling unheard or unseen, but together we can find ways to support you as you work to feel better.
